Terms and Conditions – 444 Games Pakistan's Online Gaming Rules

By accessing, registering with, or using the 444 games platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

To register and use 444 games, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 444 games operates a strict no-underage-play policy. If we discover or have reasonable suspicion that an account holder is under 18, the account will be frozen immediately pending identity verification, and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities and organisations may not register personal gaming accounts on 444 games.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 444 games.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that your use of 444 games complies with laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from 444 games. Attempting to re-register after a ban constitutes a breach of these terms.

444 games may request documentation to verify your age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is complete.

Each individual may register one account on 444 games. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and all balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, may be forfeited.

When you register on 444 games, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

• Your registered name on 444 games must exactly match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals.
• You are responsible for the security of your own login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify 444 games support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account registration and use is personal — you may not allow or enable any other person to use your account for any purpose.

All transactions on 444 games are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no fee charged by 444 games on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside our control.

Accepted payment methods on 444 games include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. 444 games may add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. 444 games does not facilitate money transfers, currency exchange, or any financial services unrelated to gaming.
• You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to someone else, is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once a game has been played with any portion of those funds. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe you have deposited an incorrect amount.
• 444 games reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it believes to be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
• Funds deposited into a 444 games account do not earn interest. Your balance is held in a designated player account and is available for gameplay and withdrawal in accordance with these terms.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the cashier section of your 444 games account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to one business day. Card withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on your issuing bank. These are target timeframes and not guarantees.

• You must complete any applicable identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed on 444 games. This is a standard security requirement and is not optional.
• Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balance that has satisfied all conditions may be withdrawn.
• 444 games reserves the right to request additional documentation at the time of any withdrawal if deemed necessary for compliance, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
• Withdrawals will be declined if 444 games determines that the funds are the proceeds of abuse of bonuses, fraudulent play, or any activity that breaches these terms.
• If your withdrawal is declined, you will be notified via your registered email with the reason. You may contact support if you believe a decline was made in error.

444 games offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific individual terms that are published alongside the offer. The general principles below apply to all bonuses offered on 444 games unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000 is available to new 444 games accounts only, on their first deposit. One bonus per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat and Teen Patti may contribute at a lower rate. Refer to individual promotion terms for the specific contribution table.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period.
• Abuse: 444 games reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting game mechanics to artificially meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time on 444 games. Opting into a new promotion while another is active may void the existing bonus.

444 games reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at our sole discretion and do not form part of your permanent account entitlements.

All games available on 444 games are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the more specific game rules take precedence on gameplay matters.

444 games uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all software-based games to ensure that outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real cards, real dice, or other physical game elements in a controlled studio environment.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player at 444 games' discretion. This determination is final.
• If there is a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded by 444 games' server, the server record shall prevail.
• Players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in any live game chat function. Offensive language, harassment of dealers or other players, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the table and may result in account suspension.
• Bets placed after a game round has closed, or after the result has been determined, are null and void regardless of the displayed outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 444 games. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players at any shared game table, including live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to place bets or record wins that would not otherwise be available. Discovered bugs must be reported to 444 games support immediately.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into a 444 games account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 444 games platform for any transaction associated with criminal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing an account ban or self-exclusion.
• Charging back a deposit after the funds have been used to play any game on 444 games. Chargeback attempts will result in immediate account suspension and legal action may follow.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing any third party to access and operate your 444 games account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 444 games account credentials. 444 games will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If someone claiming to represent 444 games asks for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact us immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 444 games account — one that you do not use on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your account. This provides an additional layer of security for login and withdrawal requests.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device. 444 games is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your own login session.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting 444 games support. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied to prevent future re-registration.

• Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, 444 games reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation, and may forfeit the balance entirely in cases of fraud or prohibited conduct.
• Bonus balances and free spins are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.
